Homemade Sweet Potato Raviloi

Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Olive Oil
Won ton Wrappers
Boil sweet potatoes in covered pan until fork tender.  Drain.  Add a small amount to olive oil, chopped rosemary, and tsp. of brown sugar and mash.
Place won ton wrapper on greased or parchment lined baking sheet.  Place one tsp of filling on each won ton and top with another won ton.  Using water and a pastry brush seal together.
Boil water and place completed ravioli into boiling water.  Cook until they rise from the bottom, about 3 minutes, drain and serve with sauce.  I recommend sage brown butter sauce.

An unexpected, abrupt end

Not mine!

I have come across several blogs lately that seem to just stop.  Updated continuously and religiously for years and then wham! no more posts.  No explanations, no warning.  Just done.  It makes me sad.  You bond with these blogs and you miss them.  You mourn the good ones especially hard.
